the 09 Convertibles have the cooled seats and those seats are very different than those in the sedan, they seem wider and more bulky so not sure if they would just bolt on, might need to tweak/change the seat railings and then the wire harness and the seats itself, i dont think that spending over $2000 on swapping seats for cooling is worth it.

Yeah, you are correct, the '09 sedan does not offer cooled seats, only the convertible does. In addition to different seats and wiring, there is also air ducting that runs through the center console and into the seats, which would also cause issues with the conversion. Incidentally, I've heard that the 2010 sedan is supposed to come with new seats that will be both heated and cooled.
