If you want to buy another car, in my opinion, 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart is the best choice. It is a turbo car and it has the same engine as Lancer Evo X. It produces less hp just because of smaller turbo and the limit of the ECU. With couple thousands dollars, I strongly believe you can transform it into a 400hp car. So totally you only have to spend $28k for a brand new 400hp car ;-)
