But it already has a green light on the dash to tell you the parking lights are on.

Geniusjustin: I'd like to see more use of leather in a car in this class, not vinyl. I'd be willing to pay extra for it.

The question is "would everyone else want to pay that extra?"

I think that the interior is nicely done....BUT I would like to have more options in terms of trim (although I like the washi alum, I would love a nice piano black or glossy burl walnut)....and more options in terms of colour combinations (who's idea was it to only offer I.P. with stone???? I want IP/Graphite please).

Those should be very easy/cheap for infiniti to consider...especially when compared to all the other options suggested...I think that those are good for the next gen G.

Here is a pic of the clock in the upper right part of the screen. To get your clock on, just go to settings>clock>turn clock on

Very easy.

You're only half right. The clock is only present on models equipped with Nav. There is no digital clock on non-Navi equipped Gs.

Post 2010 G37 Mid-Cycle Refresh: 340-350HP Coming...

http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/...new_q_car_news

The twin-turbo 3.7-liter direct injection V-6 in the Essence will debut, sans turbos, in the redesigned M sedan due in early 2010, making about 340–350 HP. The complex direct-injection technology, in which fuel is injected directly into the cylinder rather than in the intake ports as is more common, most likely will also make its way into the G37 coupe and sedan as mid-cycle upgrades before the cars are completely redesigned in about three years.

That will NEVER happen. Nissan would have some of the most pissed off 37 coupe owners EVER. the 37VHR is here for the rest of the current generation.

Nissan can't rest on it's laurels. The 335i is getting a bump in Europe to 326HP and the G has to keep up. C&D and all the other magazines are doing a first drive of the G37 Convertible right now, so they talked with Infiniti about it.

2010 is about the time for the G to get an interior refresh as well. I wouldn't be surprised if that happen too.

I started a thread in the General tech section about why they haven't already added DI to their V6. Looks like it could happen at some point. C/D is only speculating and I'll need to see an official press release from Infiniti to believe it. This gives me hope though.

Another reason this wont happen is that the 370z was just released. There is NO way Nissan would go through the trouble and money of changing the motor on an existing platform for 1 year and releasing a new platform with the intention of only keeping the powertrain for 1 year.

Keep in mind guys, DI is another HP tool that they and other companies have. They've been doing DI in Japan on some engines so its not really new to them. However, they've been able to squeeze out 306/3.5L and 330/3.7L WITHOUT adding it. Now figure another new technology, DI, will add 15HP or so AND increase fuel economy. If were lucky, maybe more low/mid power too. All this out of 3.5-3.7L. Thats insane, unheard of 15 years ago and keeps the VQ relevent for another few years without major changes. Maybe it will smooth it out some...LOL

lol I hope youre kidding.

2008 G37 Coupe = 5AT
2009 G37 Coupe = 7AT
2008 G35 Sedan = VQ35HR
2009 G37 Sedan = VQ37VHR

Nissan has the funds and research behind it to modify the current VQ and powertrain to however they want, WHENEVER they want. Like I stated earlier, automakers are HUNGRY.
