G37 sedan with '06 coupe 19" oem rims?

Hi

Sorry, I meant G37 sedan. Not G27...heh..he..heh

My brother is leaving me his '06 oem G coupe 19" rims. I am planning to buy a G37 sedan soon. The base model I am getting only comes with 17" rims. I was thinking is it possible to fit the '06 coupe's 19" rims to a G37 sedan? Anybody have this set up or perhaps photoshop for me? Interested to see if it looks nice.

Thanks

If you have the Sport package on your G37, the 19" rims may not clear the brake calipers; but don't quote me on this.

i think they do clear but OP is asking for a base model sedan which doesn not come with the Akebono Breaks.

Wheels will fit without any problems

It will fit, there are a couple on the G35 forum sporting the same exact wheels.

Great to know they fit. Could someone post a pic of a 07+ G sedan with those 19" oem wheels? I saw a couple of '06 in those rims but not on a 07+ sedan. Just curious to see if they look nice. If they don't look nice, I will just ask my bro to sell his rims instead.

Search around in here (https://g35driver.com/forums/picture-share-245/). I'm sure you'll find somebody with that setup.

I bought mine right when I bought my car because I wanted OEM 19s. But honestly, if I were to do it over again, I would have waited the year for the G37 19s to come out. I think they are much hotter...

I could've sworn they discontinued the IP for the G37 in favor of the Moonlight white.

Looks great! I know you think the new wheels look better but I guarantee you these are WAY lighter

For some reason they look smaller than the 18" wheels on the G37 Sedan Sport.

Jeff's spot-on. The coupe 19"s are forged, so they make for a great balance of performance and looks. Put some more aggressive tires on it than the pic of the IP and it'll looks pretty darn hot.

If you go with the 35 wheels, you will need spacers for sure, just beware. I'm lowered and with the offsets on these they are tucked WAY too much. That is why they look so small.

Like Jeff said though...they are definitely light and much better in terms of performance.
