Lease return question

Lease return question
Hi, Two quick questions that I hope someone can answer. I have a lease that goes back at the end of october this year. I will need new tires by the summer. Can I put summer performance tires on the car,and return it without any issues. I wont need all seasons for the time I'm going to have it.
Also, the girlfriend decided that the passenger front wheel needed to get to know the curb in front of my house up close and personally. 3 small "gouges" is what i would call them. Largest about the size of a dime/penny.
For either of these things, am I likely to get hassle about it at lease return?
Thanks in advance.

While I cannot tell you exactly how strict they will be on lease return, I can tell you coming from leasing many BMW's that they expect the same OEM tires or their equivalent to be on the car when you return it. BMW actually had a list of approved tires, Infiniti may also so you might want to check so you dont get charged. I had a gouge on my rim roughly about the size you mentioned and I was charged for a new rim. Again this is all through BMW Finance, but I would think most companies treat leases pretty similar.

depending on the dealership...they might not care about the tires, or anything else thats small in terms of modications...as long as there is no serious mods done...such as drilling a huge ugly spoiler into the trunk
all car companies take "wear and tear" into consideration. a lot of companies will tell you "if you can hide it under a credit card, you wont be charged". Rims are expected to get curbed, so you might be alright
a few weeks before the end of your lease, make an appointment for someone to come out from infiniti and check out your car, they will tell you what needs to go and what needs repair and give you an estimate...this will give u time to go out and make the fixes
