got 2 dings in front bumper please help

got 2 dings in front bumper please help

anyone know if its possible to pound it out or if dent places can fix it?

The bumper?? Its polyurethane. Heat it up with a hair dryer and push it back out from the back. Pictures would help

its kind of small but i need to take care of this due to the car being a lease

do you know if dent repair places can heat this up? do yhey do that kind of stuff?? i've been trying to call but everyones closed

That looks easily fixable. The plastic just needs to be heated and softened and it can be flattened out without the paint being affected. May be able to tackle it yourself as long as you can reach behind the bumps and using a anvil process to flatten it out.
