350Z Touring wheels on our car!?!?

just wait and see - i just picked up a set from a guy over on Z, comes on here a bit

they're gonna be my track day wheels, so i'm not going into it for looks - i thought it'd be interested to see how they look though

literally just got home -yes this thread is worthless without pics, but the pics are worthless without the wheels on the car!

give me an hour and i'll post something

yep i did, stay posted

they won't win any beauty pageants.... for looks i'll keep my g37s haha - they look so small its insane

once i finish lunch i'll head out and do the rest - I've never changed tires before so bare with me haha

the offsets are a little off - the rear wheel sticks out a smidge from the fender but for tracking it I don't think that's much of a worry

^Yep!

I think it's cuz they don't have any depth to them -it's just like a flat front. they look about what I expected...which isnt good, but not necessarily horrible

can't wait for the first person to flame me for putting them on my car and not reading the first post hhaha

off i go to the 100 degree heat to finish all 4 and go for a test drive to see how they feel - they're wrapped in bfgoodrich g-force KDW rubber - the crazy lookin one

Heh to get a little bit off subject, I have been eyeing the new 370z wheels the 19" rays. I would love to own a set one day and use them as my summers and keep our sport wheels with my snows. Wonder if those would fit our G's and how that would look. I would imagine it would fit fine but I'm unsure.

the front weighs about the same as the OEMs for this car, didn't weigh any rears - but the g37 coupe fronts are about 7 pounds more than these and the OEMs
tires are 225-45/ZR18 and 245-45/ZR18 - people say i'll run into issues with VDC... haven't noticed it, but I'll only be running these tires with the VDC off. And these wheels have TPMS and when i drove it my TPMS light didn't come on... is the car smart enough to recognize another set of TPMS? I thought you had to sync them

I saw a set of 370Z wheels on ebay a little while back, i think they'd look good - although they are just bigger versions of the nissan rogue wheels... go look if you don't believe me

The newer 350z wheels look better, agreed - and those track wheels are bad-**** but expensive
