2007 & 2008 Bluetooth optional?

Hi Guys -

As I hunt for a used 2007 or 2008 G35x, I was wondering if Bluetooth is standard or do I need an optional package?

ie: tech or navi?

Thanks

no the BT package is not standard. the premium package is required.

i don't believe the package options have really changed over the past 2 years so if you go read about what's included on infiniti.com it should give you a good idea of what you're getting.

ok thanks guys. Seems most cars have premium package. Only issue is when looking at used cars, they don't usually specify the package, just the specific options (and fail to mention bluetooth it seems).

... or the "A" in each of the window switches where the base package would only have it on one.

you can also look at the steering wheel. if there are any buttons on the lower left part of the trim on the steering wheel it has premium as well.

Not double, but quadruple up and down. The driver side window switches should all have "A" and the window icon on them. Ditto on all the other window switches.

ah my bad. i would love to add the BT option to the car though. i personally think it's worthwhile.

yeah you know i had looked into getting a parrot last week but i wouldn't know where to put the screen/controller and i really like the way the OEM BT integrates into the car. in all honesty i will probably just end up getting a new garmin GPS with bluetooth, or i might still go with the parrot system but their low end one without the screen. i just want something that's out of passenger view.
