Meguiars NXT wax

Anyone use this wax before? I've been using the Gold Class wax but heard good things about the NXT.

Thanks!

I use NXT 2.0 and I really like it. The original NXT didn't last very long but this one seems to hold up for a while. I like it a lot and I use Meguiars Ultimate Detailer (spray) in between waxes. You should also look into Zaino too. They make great products. Best of luck!

lol, I've used both the NXT, and NXT 2.0, actually still got ~75% left of both bottles in my garage, but i switch to Chemical guys Jetseal..... I think the NXT did a good job, noticeably left a coating on my car, but the chemical guys one lasts even longer...

I use the gold, and then hit it with a second coat of NTX. Car looks great, and beads up for several months after application.

I think it should go the other way around.... B/c the NXT is kinda like a sealant, so it usually goes sealant first than wax on top...

i saw it at $30...either I read it wrong (seems like i might have) or I'm just cheap and think $30 is pricey.

NXT (1 or 2) is very good for the price. I applied it 3 times early last summer after my car was clayed, polished and sealed by a detailer. Water was still beading off when I had the car detailed again a couple weeks ago by the same guy. He was not surprised that the NXT was holding up. He knows that I wash and dry my car properly so that I dont quickly strip the protection. There are many variables that will effect how long any wax of any quality will last.
If you want to talk expensive wax then get something like Pinnacle Souveran Paste Wax (8oz) for $115 or some Zymol Vintage Glaze (don't even ask how much, lol)

Think $30 for a tin of wax is expensive, check out the Swissvax. This was used on a Porsche 997. Very interesting.
