How to make my G35 unique

I bought a used pearl white Infiniti 2008 G35 sedan (7,200 miles - sweet car). It has the premium/nav package and the upgraded wheels. The wheels help some, but I want to make my G stand out a little, but not completely tricked out. I LOVE tricked out, but that won't work for my profession.

I am looking for sporty and classy. I also don't want to spend a fortune (for marital harmony sake - at least I had the cahones to buy it). Any suggestions/pics? Any thoughts about the stuff sold on Ebay? Also, everything seems to be for the coupe. I can hardly find anything for the 08 Sedan.

Tint, drop, and nice rims. Don't skim on rims because they Make the car.

ANY car with proper drop and wheels that fit RIGHT look classy and sporty.

Please inquire for further info on what i mean when i say proper drop and wheels that fit right.

A black roof on a white G adds a sport element while keeping the car tasteful in my opinion.

i think the white pearls look SICK NASTY with blacked out headlights, blacked out grill, a wee bit of a drop, decent tint. Do those things alone and you'll be GOLDEN, it will look PHENOMENAL. Best thing is, the headlights and grill wont cost you but maybe $20 for paint and sandpaper and such, plus some time. The tint will be like $200 max I would think, probably less, and I don't know about the drop, but again, won't break the bank, I think it should be last on the list though!

tint for sure and the blacked out roof looks pretty bad-*** too

on a budget - a set of Coupe 19's look GREAT even without a drop

I'm not a fan of painted headlights, and it's a pain in the *** having to "cook" the housings to open them up. Make your own Midnight Grille for like $10

Okay, so someone new to the nice car business, is drop the adding of extra trim on the bottom sides? I am assuming you really wouldn't drop the car lower for performance sake. I am pretty happy with the upgraded rims I have.

Anyone have a picture of a self-done black grille?

Oh and InTgr8's ride looks awesome. That truly is classy and sporty. I really think the sedan looks great mod'ed b/c no one does it. I have not seen one mod'ed G35 sedan in my area. Take InTgr8's front lip, do you have to replace the existing front lip, or simply put an extra piece on the bottom? What is the complication factor for doing it yourself?

The front lip is a add-on piece, screwing in from the bottom and also uses double sided tape to keep it tight and secure. Install is fairly easy if you're good with this sort of stuff, but the lip will set you back about $400-.
In regards to dropping the car, they're referring to replacing your current springs to bring the car down a bit... most drops being around an inch or so.

What area are you from?

I am in the Augusta, GA area. Apparently known for golf but not mod G35 sedans.

Chris - one of the best examples i can think of is turboale's white. He has the rear overlay, exhaust, rims, and after those pics added the black roof overlay as well. To see more go to page 4 and find the link in his post. Or i'll put it here to make it easy - http://homepage.mac.com/turboale/inf...toAlbum72.html

Here is the original post:

I have the same rims on my Liquid Platinum, and am doing the roof this weekend. I also have custom cut tinted headlights that make a huge difference for 300.
