Looking for any INTERIOR parts?

UPDATE!!!

Ok sorry for the super late response guys but I finally bought myself and 07 auto sedan and now I've created an OEM replacement boot so that you can replace that stock vinyl crap they use with some nice quality suede or leather or whatever material you want This will be a direct replacement for the OEM boot and I will also be developing a boot to cover the whole shift plate also depending on what people prefer. Pix will be up tomorrow night.

Ok guys and gals I'm already manufacturing shift boots and ebrake boots for the 03-06 G35's but I haven't had a chance to deal with many 07's and up so I thought I'd post up my question on here.

Does anyone have any ideas on some custom parts for their ride? Or how about just a custom shift boot or even a custom ebrake boot? Check out this thread for more info on what I'm doing...

https://g35driver.com/forums/group-b...rfect-fit.html

PM me with any ideas or just post up here! I'd like to start making things for the v36 platform but I need your assistance!

Heres pix of a recent boot done for the 05-07 Auto guys.

How about something that gives the 5AT the look of a 6MT?
Keep the ****, but replace the boot and surround so it looks like a manual boot setup?

Great Idea, I've actually just designed one for the v35 auto guys but they have a "circular" shift plate. Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't your automatic have a rectangular plate? I could easily make it cover the whole shift plate and it would still be functional and look like a manual.

Doesn't the v36 auto have a shift boot? I could always make a custom boot for you guys if needed.

Yeah, our is rectangular and has a nice boot, but I'd like to get rid of the plastic plate on the left showing what gear I'm in.

Thats totally possible the boot would cover the whole shift plate gear indicator thing, do you know if that indicator plate can come off?

Never tried... but if they put it in, I'm betting we can take it out

Anyone ever had this out while playing with the interior?

I just had a thought.... what if you bought the 6MT console section and just swapped out the sections with the existing AT? im sure there would be some fab issues but it might be interesting

Anything is possible with enough money but are you willing to pay that much just to have your car look like a manual? The cost for one of my genuine italian leather shift boot costs around $30 shipped to your door and will fit perfectly.

Ha I wasnt even considering it... i do think that you would have to do some sort of full boot because the 5AT doesnt have a whole lot of leather.

Looking forward to the results, I'm sure the plate can come off though and I can't imagine it being to difficult although I have never tried.
