Last rattle fixed! (and free brakes to boot)

I took my car in for service and they fixed the last rattle - the rosewood plate on the center console that covers the area where the clock is. They put something behind it and I am now rattle free!!! (after about five different rattle fixes). They also said they felt a slight shimmy on my front brakes so they gave me new rotors, pads, and brake plate - all free under warranty. Not too bad of a deal.

I wish all dealerships were like this! Good to hear that though.

What dealership? And what rattles?

Some areas, my dealer is great on (flushing my a/c evaporator for free, etc), bad on others. They keep bucking replacing the seal on my sunroof and instead keep putting silicone on it (telling me, we will just put it on every time you get your oil changed).

I wish I had one of these dealerships I have read about that fixes the seat bolster/wrinkle problem, fixes the warping at a drop of a hat, and fixes these rattles AND BRAKES TOO (WOW!).

What dealer is this????

Oh, and how did they (or you) figure out the rattles? I have a couple in my car that only happens, obvioiusly, when I drive so I can't do what it takes to figure out what exactly is rattling.

Infiniti of Denver - they're great.

It has taken me three years to figure out all the rattles. I'm a bit obsessive compulsive so even the tinniest rattle drives me crazy. I'm not sure if I can even remember them all...

Steering column rattle - they replaced the entire top of the steering column.

Seat belt rattle - I think they just tightened the seat belt device.

Center dash rattle - insulated behind rosewood trim where clock is.

Headliner rattles - this was the big one and the hardest to figure out. First it was a russtling sound coming from the rear headliner. When I would press on it above the back seat it would go away. They took it down and somehow packed it. Then, it turned into another rattle over the front seats. I had this in multiple times and it was never figured out - drove me nuts. They eventually gave up and replaced the entire headliner. THEN, there was a LOUD rattle at the front of the headliner, in front of the sunroof. The whole thing seemed loose (when the sunroof was open I could stick my hand in and make it rattle loudly). They then replaced that whole internal mechanism in front of the sunroof and it was gone.

I may have forgotten one or two, but I always had them check them out when I took it in for service. Now we're trying to get my grill replaced under warrantly due to the chips (looks like someone took a shotgun to it - he said to wait until after winter since it will probably get thrashed again.
