Hi everyone,


I was looking for information on G35s and I happened to find this forum. I am looking to maybe buy this used Ivory/Pearl 2007 G35S with aftermarket 19" Axis Matrix rims on them (thanks J2S2M and heyitsalex for telling me the name of the rims). It has premium package, sports package and Navigation with 21k miles for $28k. It only has 1 year left on its warranty (car was originally bought in 2006). I don't know very much about rims, proper placement and spacing and whatnot, so I need some help to see if they look alright before I buy. I think it looks like the rear rims need to be moved away from the center of the car? hmm that probably sounded stupid haha.


The other option is a 2008 liquid platinum G35 with premium package, navigation and rear backup camera. it has less than 9000 miles on it and still has three years left on its warranty. Rims are regular 17" stock rims. The private seller is holding firm for 30k.


My last option is another 2008 liquid platinum G35S. It has premium package and sport package which includes the 18inch rims among other things. This one has about 800 more miles on it than the other liquid platinum. Other than that this car and the car above it are exactly the same. The final price after negotiating was 29k.



Sorry I know that was very long winded... so to recap: Its either Ivory/pearl 2007 with everything except backup camera plus axis matrix rims that some people don't seem to like,
Liquid Platinum 2008 with Sports package,
or Liquid Platinum 2008 with Navi and rear camera. their respective prices are 28k, 29k, 30k.

I think they're all overpriced. Dealers offered huge discounts and closed out 08s for like 31-32k new.
I'd go msaybe 25.5k on the first one
27-28k tops on the next 2.

With the economy the way it is now it's still a buyers market so the sellers "holding firm" on their prices is retarded.

+1 i am seeing them cheaper on autotrader. That first white one shouldnt be that much. Hell, its almost out of warranty.
