I'm looking to buy some red lug nuts and really like the red volks exp the volk formula lugs, the only problem is that in many of the pics i see they actually look more like a pinkish color, Iv also read on here that they look more pink than red in person... if anyone could direct me to some lugs that are close to the red on my akebonos i would be very greatfull

Volk and most colored lugs are "true" red. The thing is the color will fade over time, which gives them a pinkish look. You can clear coat the lugs to prevent them from fading, tho.

 

I was originally considering the red Volk Formula lugs to match my StopTechs, but you are correct, they are more pink in color even brand new.

Your BBK looks even darker than StopTech's bright red, so you may have a hard time getting a prefect match.

I opted for the black Formulas. Good luck on your search.
