It doesn't look like a new console design w/a new lower center stack.

Since the fogs will still be integrated in the headlamp cluster on the Sports, I'd speculate the fog to fill in the area between the headlamp cluster and grill. The chrome around the headlights and turn signals will be blacked out (I noticed a person or two have contributed pictures of their current cars with homemade paint jobs doing the same - looks pretty good, aside from just being different).

I'd speculate the lower grill area to be more aggressive looking with a deeper chin and actual airflow ports to direct air to the front brakes where the fog lights are on the pictures in this thread.

I just wish they'd lower the suspension on the Sport like they do with the coupe.

I'm replacing a leased 335 with a purchased sports sedan I plan to keep for awhile. If they don't screw up the 2010 G37, this may be it since GM screwed up and took the G8 GXP 6MT off the market (I test drove one last Spring when they came out - my decision was made that day to get one in 2010). I'm a little frustrated, since nothing other than that GXP has the bottom end torque of that Bimmer turbo; but oil burning, coolant that disappears from a totally sealed coolant system (even including the overflow tank), one failed fuel injector at around 20K, and a high pressure fuel pump that could fail at any time, just don't make the 335 a car designed for long term reliable ownership, IMHO. However, I can buy that 3 year old BMW for ~27K. I'm still waffling over whether a brand new 2010 G37 and it's reliability are worth 10K+ more and the trade-off for an engine with a peaky power curve. I could buy a few Bimmer repairs for that difference (fuel injector would have been $1200, but I don't know what a new head gasket would cost). Then there's that dang open rear differential on the Bimmer that has been disappointing since day 1 - the same addictive low end torque also too easily breaks one wheel loose. I think the "something new" and desire for variety in my automotive life will lead me more toward a G37, or possibly a TL 6MT if they have deep discounts to make up for their bloated price and bloated looks (I test drove one of those a couple of weeks ago when the 6MT hit the lot - from behind the wheel, it's pretty nice - much better shifter and clutch action than both the Infiniti and my 335, IMHO).

i doubt it. the innards aren't changed. And there's a bigass wiper fluid container in front of the right faux air dam.

I stand corrected. I agree they wouldn't likely rearrange the innards on an aesthetic refresh to allow functional brake cooling. ...not to say they won't create an aggressive faux look, however. I guess if I was prepared to deal with fake hood scoops on a GXP, I can handle fake brake cooling ducts on a G37 Sport 6MT.

The lower Dash has some EX elements to it now (along with some parts probably).

Damn, i was hoping they wouldn't change the headlight SHAPE. i was looking forward to buying the SPORT headlamps for my 09..lol. Guess its custom paint for me.

I still want to see the new SPORT rear bumper.

overall i don't think it looks better OR worse then the 07-09, just different Although the headlight shape is nice, the bumper could end up being overstyled, and the grille is a push.

Come on, everyone wants those but ugly wheels!

those kind of wheels belong on a $20,000 pontiac with a "GT" package..not classy and not fitting for a base G.

I only heard of a new "finish" for the journey wheels, but maybe i read wrong.

hopefully they change the wheels for North America

First I lease an 08 G35xS...then they come out with the 09 G37xS sedan. Debadging and rims fixed this annoyance. My lease is almost up so i went to Infiniti to trade up with the roll ahead program on with leasing a 2009 G37xS that was the dealers demo. I got a great deal leasing my 08 G35xS that was a fully loaded demo, so i figured i'd give it another shot...since they assured me at the dealer that they aren't changing anything for 2010 or 2011.

So glad to see the changes for 2010 are minor, they are parts to add to the mod list.

Might buy out my lease now instead of leasing the new bodystyle for something rediculous like $4000 down $379 a month for 39 months which gets you a $33,000 car.

Now i just hope the parts wont be to difficullt to obtain.

So, the "G" is classy?

Yes? i always thought it was.

It's got sporty character to it, and it's clean.

a couple of poor modding decisions can get rid of 'classy' real quick

What makes it classy? and I'm not saying it's not...or it is for that matter.

I'm just curious where your thought came from.

Classy=Elegant, highly stylish or fashionable, Of a superior type

What else can i say? Yes, i think the G is classy, sorry if that's odd to you.

I'm NOT going into detail on what part of the car is Elegant...or stylish, or fashionable. I'm sure i'm not the only who thinks this.

Wow, don't get testy there Cory.

I'm not starting an argument or even disagreeing. I was just curious. And you're right, I'm sure you're not the only one who thinks this. You were someone, however, who said it. And that's why I asked.
