I'm thinking the same thing. The Gen2 refresh just isn't enough of an upgrade vs. my Gen1 '06 to bother switching.
I'm hoping the Gen3 comes soon (2012?) and offers some significant changes--e.g., DI, AWD+6MT (ya right), lighter chassis, ...?

My eldest is 4 1/2 years old and youngest is 1 year. I really do hope they address the rear headset issue. Any highback booster you use does not sit well because of the molded headrests.
Up until a month ago we had a '02 Infiniti QX4. Nice vehicle but not very roomy with a child seat and booster, could not fit another person in the back. Got my wife a 2010 Honda Pilot Touring. Fantastic family vehicle. Incredible how roomy the vehicle is. 2 adults can sit rather comfortably in the 3rd row. Even with booster and car seat in 2nd row, an adult can sit comfortably in between them. The exterior size is slightly bigger than the QX4 but inside huge comparatively speaking. Highly recommended and the kids love the DVD player.

If you dont mind me asking, how old are your kids. I need to take that into account as mine just graduated to sitting facing forward and so booster seats are the next step in the future. My lease is up in March as well and naturally considering the 2010 model. On a side note in the future a 7/8 seater woud be a nice 2nd vehicle but have been looking around and it seems a mini van is the best option

The best option to a Mini van out there, but the wife hates it. When I get closer to the time I will start a thread to discuss 7/8 seaters so as not to bore everyone on this thread with this off topic discussion. Thanks for your input and congrats on the new arrival
