I still think the 2004-2005 Sedans were the best looking, especially the interiors.
You lost me big time there.....

Although 99.99% of people would prefer the second generation interior for its look and for its more ergonomic layout but there is a .01%. I guess he is the .01% He owns a 1st generartion G it might play some in his point of view.

Myself I was looking around in 06 and they showed me the 06 G and could not think anything else but outdated and was ready to walk out. Then they showed me the 07 I was sold and started to negotiate.

Haha, have a nice, long sleep. I doubt that'll ever happen.

Yes when you use the latch system and strap in the child seat it does deform the headrest quite a bit. I have a high back booster seat that does not attach with the latch system and simply sits there and uses the vehicle shoulder belt. I find the molded head rest pushes the top of high back booster seat forward and creates a gap behind the upper part of the booster seat. Did I mention how much I hate the molded headrests? Almost thinking of getting a MB C350 4Matic if it wasn't so underpowered and I wasn't so addicted to the G's power.

Tell me about it, i've actually been scouting local VW dealerships for either a new GTI or Sportwagen.

If that's the case, then I might as well head over to my nearest BMW dealership, and negotiate for the E92 M3.

V8 is great but the MPG in city would suck. Most people would not buy it for just that reason.

Can it really get much worse than the V6's city mileage?

I mean when you're pulling down sub 14's city...
