Oops! dropped it down the hole!

While changing out my fog lights the oem bulb fell into the slot where the hood hatches: see pic http://i37.tinypic.com/16gbx8w.jpg

Do I have to remove the bumper in order to retrieve it?

On a second note, are the parking lights only accessible from the wheel well? I was unable to pinpoint them with the intake box removed.

Thanks

Not sure about 07+ but you should be able to take the mud guard off and grab it. You could also try and get a high power magnet stick and poke at it to grab it lol

My question, how did it fall into something in the center of the car??

My experience with these cars and headlights, most bulbs need to be put in through the wheel well.

LOL, stupid mistake. Once I took out the bulb i left it on the plastic area for safe keepings and it accidentally got knocked into the hole..

u should be abe to get it by removing your undertray. some folks have success by driving forward really fast then slamming on teh brakes, then doing the same, but starting in reverse

the second part ^ might work for a bolt or nut, but not recommended for a bulb

jack up the front of your car and you have a black plastic cover on the bottom front. i dropped so many things i just banged on the bottom of it until whatever falls out you can obviously pin point hear where the bulb or whatever is. if not then just un bolt the cover and there it is.

I would say a strong powered magnet and see how that works... if not, gonna have to go through the wheel well.
