Not necessarily a good investment money wise - but I absolutely LOVE my Stillen cat-back. It really changes the whole dynamic of the car and I wouldn't want to live without it anymore!
I have Betty's grounding kit. Good buy for an AT, but doesn't really help you out as an MT too much.
You can paint your grille to a midnight style or full on black for less than 10 bucks and a few hours of work.
I have sway bars and honestly don't feel all that much of a difference.... although I have the Stillen sways. The Hotchkis are supposed to have more of a difference. Regardless the car handles great.
My favorite upgrade for the money though is my G37 Coupe wheels. Considering I upgraded when I needed new tires for my stock rims, I ended up only spending about $500 extra to get the G37 wheels. I disliked the profile on the stock tires, although I did like the rims. I absolutely love the look of the car with the coupe 19s, and it's not an expensive or showy upgrade by any means.
