The creases and edged look of the front bumper, especially by the fogs and in between fog and main light cluster seems very Altima-ish. It's almost as if they used the Alti as design inspiration (or the other way around). And it feels almost like they took the Alti (or G) and played with the smudge tool in Photoshop before claying it.

I also still can't get over how the styling of the new grill is reminiscent of the rears of previous generation FX's. (i.e. Extended top and bottom bars that frame the grill). All new Infiniti grills seem to take cue from it.

Proper Head rests in the back?

http://images.thecarconnection.com/l...00234016_l.jpg

Are those real headrests I see in the back? Please don't tell me that they are only available in Europe as I will freak out. Can someone find any pictures of the interior showing the rear seats.

Links work for me. Strange.

This is the link that has the wallpapers and a good shot of the interior.

all i like about it over our gen's model is the fogs (driving lights) in the bumper.
I'm a big fan of bumper lights, and gotta say, that's the only thing i dislike on ours.

it looks as if i were cheap to get them on my bumper with those fugly plastic fake vents.
i wish there were a way to get those on mine, no one's selling something like that though.

I don't know... these fogs don't look well-integrated into the bumper vents. I'm not a fan of the 2010 G's appearance: the grille belongs on an Fx; the rear, with its chrome strip (which should be gone IMO) and the bulging oversized lights looks too much like the current sedan and badly needs a redesign. The only change that I like is more agressively-shaped headlights, otherwise there aren't any real changes from 2007-2009 shape. The only thing I like about this facelift is that it keeps my 07x lookin' fresh

It's really only meant to be a refresh, not a full redesign. We may see something completely new for 2011, if not 2012 (following a 4-5 year cycle).

I like fogs on lower fascia's as much as the next guy for aesthetic reasons, but having had cars with set-ups like that and experiencing the cons of it, i'm glad my fogs ('07) are higher up. The way Nissan fog glass is, they crack and get water in fairly easy. Plus it's always a pain to take the fog housings off just to replace bulbs.

Hmmm... I don't know I need to see it in person, the front looks a bit stretched to me. either I don't dig it that much or I don't want to admit it's better looking. It might need to grow on me like how the 07 did.

Looking at it now, I prefer the Journey front bumper and wheels. But I want the paddles. Hmm...
