I have this exact problem (on an 06 coupe, though). In fact, I posted about it last week. Still haven't found the cause. I wonder if the root of our issues is similar.

wait, you have a back seat driver? lol, but is it flooded or just a leak?

I would buy some hanger type damprid and hang it from the rearview mirror when its parked at home, so you dont have mildew issues.

No, an '06 coupe. But I have exactly the same symptom. My driver side rear floor was soaking wet.

I used baking soda b/c I was getting CRAZY condensation inside the car.

Wonder if you have a clogged drain hole somewhere in the chassis and the water overflows, coming into the car?

While Baking soda does absorb water, damprid will do a much better job, the active ingredient is Sodium Silicate which will absorb water much better then baking soda. When my car flooded, and was drying out. I got a lot of water inside the Damprid container, it shocked me how much it sucked up in just 48 hours. Damprid will hold a 40 to 50 percent relative humidity.

But at least your doing something so it doesn't mold up :O

Are you sure it's not rain?

Are the drain holes for the sunroof open? Are you certain there is no leak on the rear door weatherstripping seal?

It could be a leak from several places. Unfortunately, you'll probably have to remove the back seat and strip the car to bare metal in hopes of tracing where the problem is coming from. Is your car still under warranty?

first i brought it to the dealership bcuz i thought it was the sunroof. they wanted 1200 to fix it but couldnt tell me where it was coming from so i took my car home and went through it.

i had to remove the wire and punch a small hole in the gasket so it would fit tight around the power wire. i had to remove the brake pedal to run the wire correctly. and i had to take up all the driverside carpet to dry it. it took a long time to dry.
