Grinding noise from front DS Wheel. Help Plz
I have some strange grinding noise coming from the front driver side wheel which sounds very faint. It looks like it may probably be a rock stuck between the brake caliper and rotor because the rotor has trace line of fade in the center probably from the rock. I'm not sure how often this happens to other cars but this has occured almost 3 times already to me. It usually goes away after either heavy braking or driving faster assumingly because this dislodges the rock or debris stuck there.
It's only coming from one wheel and it only happens when the car is in moving, forward or in reverse.
I have on my stock wheels and no wheel spacers so I know its not due to the wheels I have on.
I had my front rotors and other brake assembly parts changed in october due to a vibration issue.
Can anyone chime in as to whether this has happened to them before? I'm not positive that the problem is because of what I described or because of some other issue?

stupid suggestion possibly... but could it be that you have a warped rotor and it's rubbing against the pads at certain points?
If not, and you know what i'm talking about, you should try pulling off your pads and check what's going on in there... possibly a defective pad? it should be a 10 minute check and will put your mind at ease before you grind up your rotor to $hit.
