Now that Ive decided that spending over $1400 on the Akebono Kit is not necessary for my daily driving needs. Ive decided to go this route:
EBC 3GD SPORT DIMPLED AND SLOTTED BRAKE ROTORS (Front/Rear)
EBC REDSTUFF CERAMIC LOW DUST BRAKE PAD SET (Front/Rear)
SS Brake lines

I LOVE the 3GD rotors, which reminds me if you can PM me where you are picking these up as I have not been able to find a known vendor carrying them for G35's and I need new rotors soon.
But onto the review, I originally bought the 3GD rotors because I didn't want to run fully drilled in the front out of fear of cracking them under high pressure as the car does see some road-course time. Matched with Hawk HPS pads these rotors made me fall in love. Countless times they proved themselves when some idiot would cut me off and slam the brakes forcing me to come to a abrupt stop, and every time I felt completely safe and comfortable with these rotors. Braking power is much more improved over stock, the initial bite is very strong as well. I have been running mine for almost 3 years now.
