19s on g35 sedan

getting my tires changed but my tire guy was having a hard time getting the same sizing for my fronts for a good price. i have the coupe staggered wheels on my 08 g35 sedan, so the fronts are 225/45/19, back 245/40/19. he had a good price on 225/40/19s but they just dont' fit they stick out a bit. so now he suggested i put on 245/40/19 on the fronts as well and it just won't be as smooth a ride and he thinks they clear. anyone have experience on this? comments? i just got them for looks i don't go to the track or anything, normal everyday freeway driving.

245/40/19 all around will work fine. It will only bulge slightly more (probably won't even be noticeable to most ppl) in front since it's a 8.5" rim compared to the rear 9.0" rim.

Also, I don't understand how the 225/40/19 won't fit. They should fit the 8.5" rim just fine and really shouldn't stick that much more than the 225/45/19, if any (granted there are width variations for different model tires of the same size). Regardless, I wouldn't run them as they would differ by almost 2.5% from the rear.
