OEM cast 20's have to weigh in at around 35lbs. per wheel compared to forged OEM 19's at around 20-22lbs or so. You might think it's only 10 extra lbs per corner, but that much extra ROTATIONAL weight is definitely something any keen driver will notice through slower acceleration, increased braking distance, etc.

Man.. now I really want to find out what the exact weight on these badboys are. I called couple of dealers and searched for Murano forums, but no luck. I am almost certain that these weigh more than 30 lbs each. These are cast-alloy factory rims that 20inches in diameter. Forged 3pc. 20s weigh in close to 30 lbs depending on the style if I am not mistaken.

It's just that one of the most important factors I consider when choosing wheels is the weight of the rims. Looks are important, but it shouldn't hurt performance.
