Hey guys,

So my 22nd birthday rolled around a few days ago, and I decided to treat myself to getting an Infiniti. So I did.

Let me tell you a bit about me first before I get to the car. My Name's Max, I just turned 22, I'm a senior in college. I work for Apple and do freelance web design on the side. I live in the chicago suburbs.

I can honestly tell you that i've had two true loves in my life. One was a girl named Shirin who now lives in israel. The other was my dads old 98 Nissan Maxima SE. I'm hoping the G will takes its rightful place up there.

The car itself is great. Platinum Graphite exterior with Stone interior. Very sexy and classy in my opinion.

LOVE THIS CAR!

Many of us have come from Maxima's. It is the logical step up (unlike the current maxima). Congrats on the car!

Ya know, I see this from time to time and I have to give you guys a lot of credit.
My first nice car was an '89 Chevy Z24 that I bought brand new on my own... 16K. It's not a lot of money now but back then, it may as well been $1,000,000 for me.

I know times have changed a bit but for a 22 year old guy to be sporting a car this nice (and expensive), and knowing that they have gotten there on their own blood, sweat and tears, they deserve to be congratulated.
Nice car bud... congrats on the new wheels and welcome to the forum.

Thanks guys, i'm having a blast already. This thing makes day to day driving a pretty good time.

AesonVirus - It wasn't easy, I can tell you that. I promised myself a while back i'd get a truly nice car before graduating college and I've worked like hell to get it. I almost got a used Altima, but when I saw that the G's were only a bit more, I rocked some overtime, and took a couple extra clients. Goes to show you that hard work always pays off.

Austin713 - Mods are coming, but first i've gotta clean house. The previous owner didn't treat her with all the respect she deserves, so i've gotta get her 100% back in shape first. Its nothing big really, change a couple filters, new tires, swap a bulb or two. That i'll have done by the end of the week next week.

By the end of summer, i'm planning on doing at least Paddle Shifters and the Black Betty Grounding Kit, with tints if time/funds allow.

Thanks again guys.

Nice ride and welcome. The more you drive it, the deeper the love becomes!!!!

This is also my first truly nice car. I am 24 and had a 1998 Camry until about 2 months ago.

6mtg37s - Yeah, i'm planning on tinting her, doing Black Betty Grounding kit, and paddle shifters by the end of the summer.

Who knows what will come next?

That's a good starting list. Paddles and tint are a must.
Problem is, that's enough to start the mod addiction and all the overtime in the world won't cure that disease.
There's only one cure... going completely broke.

I've been cured for about six months now.
