Unhappy navtraffic problem

I am experiencing an issue with receiving navtraffic information. When I access Traffic Info I receive the XM Navtraffic required banner. I accessed the XM sat subscription status option under the system diagnostics advanced menu -> Navi and get the message XM sat not subscribed. I have called XM on 5 different occasions throughout the month in which they "resent the signal" to no avail navtraffic doesnt work but my XM stations work .

Could this be a problem on my end? Has anyone else experienced this issue with navtraffic subscription?

I am having that exact same problem. How did you get to system diagnostics? Did you ever get the problem fix?

very interesting, now we have two cases, one of you must visit the dealership and then advice the other.

I'm having the same exact problem. My car is going to be in a body repair shop for a few weeks so I can't test it out but before I dropped it off the navtraffic gave me a message saying I needed a new subscription or something. Funny thing is I signed up for a few years of service only a couple months ago.
