I've been searching high and low for a custom hood (not factory replacement) for a 2007 G35x 4dr sedan, with no luck. I have found plenty for the 2dr coupe, will those fit?

I also noticed that most of the year separations for hoods go from 03-07 and 08-09, I was under the impression that 07 and 08 were the same body styles...

If anyone can post links to where I can find hoods for this, it would be appreciated.

 

2dr coupe hoods won't fit, they're obviously different. Seibon makes a carbon fiber replacement for the 4dr, it looks just like stock except it's carbon fiber. Other than that, there's nothing much.

as for the 03-07, they are referring to the G35 coupe, which ended in 07.

^ i feel thats a little steep for a stock looking hood in CF. I feel like i saw the exact same thing but by Seibon for like 350-400 from a vendor

 

^ be careful though i have seen complaints about it not properly aligning with the bumper and fenders when closed, it closes ok but leaves a gap apparently on the lower quality hoods at least.

 

There was a picture posted on this forum a few years ago... an 07 Sedan and the hood had a ram air scoop built into it. The pic was taken at a car show somewhere in Japan I believe.
I wish I could find it so I could find the make of the hood.

The scoop was low and sleek... I liked it.

 

That one was made for the roots supercharger that was installed. The company name starts with an "O" I think i can't remember.
