I dont like the new 5 series as much as the previous model..
I do agree that the specs of the new M is leaps and bounds ahead of the old M, but wasn't that the point of releasing a new model. Now in terms of competing with their counterparts, I'd rather BMW F10, E-Class, and/or even an Jaguar XF, in that order, before the new M.

But hey thats me, if you like the M, enjoy.

Damn that E class is gangsta. I'll take it over the M any day.

The Infiniti looks sexy, however the for an E those wheels are awful. the bottom part that runs under the doors doesn't flow.

I just don’t see anyone forking over that kind of money for an Infiniti when you can get the new E-Class or the BMW F10 which both blow the M out of the water in damn near every category.

With that said, I am interested to see what a M37 coupe would look like, but that still wouldn’t sway me to unload my bank account.

As for the new G, they have stiff competition in 2012 seeing as that’s when BMW unveils the new 3-Series (F30). And for goodness sakes, someone inform Infiniti that it’ll be in their best interest to introduce a V8 G.
G,s need TTs or make a G V8 to keep up with BMW 3 series. At least get the cars into the 4s 0 to 60, and the 1/4 mile into the 12s...stock.

I stopped reading at "Infiniti looks sexy"

That's one of Infiniti's main problems, they don't want to get into the race against the 3-Series, IS, C-Class and A4. BMW yells, and screams that their #1 every chance they get. Audi takes direct shots at the 3-Series, because they know their #1 and Audi wants that spot. Benz hangs their Luxury Flag the highest out of the 4 brands. And Lexus claims they are on the "pursuit of perfection". And what does Infiniti claim, some foolish swoosh of a brush??? Nobody cares about that. Infiniti needs to get into the race, and start telling people why they should choose their brand over the other 4, and maybe they’ll increase customer volume.

I like this Pitman fella.

^ I agree with mostly everything you say. Nissan/Infiniti needs to have better customer service first imo before inducting more customers. It seems that it's hit or miss with them when it comes to service.

Not a huge fan of the Infiniti M either, but it still looks more appealing than the E in all aspects OTHER then price.

Yea I suppose it's where you are located, but it seems that majority of nissan/infiniti dealerships are total crap to deal with vs others. I know when my mom goes to service her car at Lexus they treat her as it's her first time there.
