New G35 owner, wheels and suspension questions

Just got my 2008 G35 Journey (black on black) with 12k miles a few weeks ago and I'm loving it. I'm very new to G35s, but am very eager to learn. I'm planning on getting wheels (probably Volk or Work, 19 or 20s) and coilovers and have a few (n00b) questions:

Wheels questions: can I put on 20s without trouble or are 19s much safer? And I see a lot of people running 9.5 in the back, 8.5 in the front. Is this the sweet spot?

Coilover questions: I went through a lot of thread on coilovers, but failed to find anything on H&R sport coils. Are they not so good? What would you guys recommend for improved handling on the street without making the ride too harsh?

Thanks in advance!

You can probably go another 1/2" all the way around without problems if you have the right offsets. Try the database:

Does H&R make a coil-over for your car?

I'm running 19x9.5 +35 all around (AWD)...I know some guys on here have 10 and 10.5 out back, just need the correct offsets.
