how to set up the steering wheel to tilt back?

My car battery is dead after long summer break. I have to reset the windows so they will go up in one pull but can't work the power tilt steering wheel out.

Does anybody know how to reset it so it will go back to original position (prior using the power tilt) so we can get out of the car easily whenever the engine is off and the driver door is opened?

WHS - it's one of the options off the LCD panel, but the car must be on and in P.
