Alignment problem and rattles...
I got my suspension repaired at my dealer 2 month ago. My car started to pull to the left since then. I reported the problem right after the repair to the dealer, they told my tires had uneven wear....I was like ok, i'm going to change them when i come back from my vacation. Last friday, i came back from my vacation and changed the tires, the car still won't go straight. So i went to the dealer yesterday to fix the problems (and rattles at the passenger side dash). They did an alignment and fixed THE rattle. Now you know what? My car now pulls to the RIGHT and the driver side dash starts to rattle!!!! This is just unbelievable. I'm very disappointed.....

That sucks. You will have to tell them the alignment is still not right. Most places that do alignments guarantee their work and will keep trying until they get it right.
The only thing I would have done different is not let a dealership do the alignment to begin with. Now that they have started you pretty much have to let them get it straight or refund your money and go somewhere that specializes in alignments.
Perhaps the drivers door had a rattle before but you couldn't hear it over the louder rattle in the passenger door.
