I think they just made it simple. No changes between the A/T and M/T. Probably same wiring harness for the Audio.

I have also been trying to get this to work. I have component cables (red, white and yellow). Since those are the colors on the inputs, shouldnt it work? I just have a scrambled screen. Looks like the old days of cable and no hbo!! Any suggestions?

Agreed; simple for Infiniti but less simple for the user. There have been numerous threads asking 'why doesn't my video work' and it's almost always because of the e-brake. To bad Infiniti's 'simplification' made it more complicated than it should be.

Keep in mind how few people ever open the owners manual...thats the biggest problem here.

Unless of course they didn't get the manual when they bought the car. In which case, isn't that what a forum like this is all about?????
And it clearly states what the question is in my post...if it is below you to answer it...then don't!

^ Absolutely true and we love to help out.
If you never received, or have lost, the owners manual that should be one of the first questions you SEARCH for on a forum. "Where can I find an owners manual for my 20** G35 Sedan/Coupe"?
And the answer is: https://www.infiniti-techinfo.com/de...spx?dept_id=56
You can get the factory service manuals here: http://gshack.org/?p=90

Thanks...I already took care of that and should have one in a day or two. I appreciate the links and the help though! I have been on lots of these kinds of boards before, but they were mopar muscle car boards in which I am fairly well versed in. I am in catch up mode on these cars, so patience please!

Please feel free to discuss your Mopar product. We dont get much of that on here....I love those muscle cars too.

What did you drive (or still drive) before the G?

Well...the most recent cars were a 1968 road runner 383/auto and a 1970 gtx 440/auto...With kids coming into our lives I sold the old muscle and decided to go with a more practical, yet fun family mobile...which has lead me here! I have to say I do love the car!
I am not new to infiniti though. My family mobile while I had the muscle cars was a 2001 I-30 which I still have temporarily. It has been a great car, but a completely differnet animal than the G35 beast!!
BTW...my user name "UU1runner" is a clue to my mopar days. UU1 was the color code to my road runner!

Very nice. You could post some pics of them in this thread. I'm sure they would be appreciated by the true car lovers.

I don't think that is supposed to be discussed on here. Do a google search...I did and the answer was given.
