Playing video through my iphone?

Okay, I bought some apple component cables to hook up to my iphone, thinking I could watch videos through the phone when the car is parked. I can hear it but not see it when I plugged it in. Do you have to have the premimum package to see videos or is there something I am missing? BTW...the cables work fine when watching video through my iphone on my television set.

The E-brake should do it for you. I remember getting frustrated getting video through my iPod and all it took was a little kick of the E-brake.

I don't understand why they make us set the e-brake on an AT sedan. Kind of hard to drive while in Park.

you want composite. component is red, blue and green video feeds separate. composite is a single yellow video output. i bought the official apple ones on ebay because they have a USB connector on one end so you can charge it while using it.

the e-brake thing is so they're not liable when someone buys the car and crashes it while watching a video. smart move on their part, pain in the butt for us.

...but why require the e-brake and Park on the Autos. You cant drive while in Park. The e-brake is overkill is all I'm saying.
