I think my 07 X is still under warranty, but how can I find out if it is and how long I have left?

I'm getting a judder (back and forth) when cruising at 40mph and I have the easy-scratch interior which has been bothering me for months.

Call your local Infiniti dealer and give them your Vin #. They will tell you when your warranty expires.

Thanks - I see you're from Colorado, have you had cause to use either of the Infinity dealerships in Denver? If you have, any thoughts to share?

I have seen both service departments of Infiniti of Denver and Mike Ward Infiniti.

IofD was ok but not as helpful as Mike Ward. My GF had her brakes replaced and redone at 30k at Mike Ward, where IoD was not interested in doing warranty work at all.

Being in FT Collins your a long way from either. But I just bought my car from Mike Ward, and I have never seen such customer service.

And I used to own a Lexus and took my car to Kuni Lexus all the time. Mike Ward used to be the manager over at Kuni Lexus, and he is totally into giving people a great experience.

They are moving to a new location way on the south side of town 470 and Lucent Blvd.

You may have better luck than me with IoD but I would try Mike Ward. Very helpful group, and they will remember and send you thank you notes for using their service dept.

Do you have lots of things you want fixed on your car?

Excellent - thanks for that info! I think I'll try Mike Ward even though he is a long way away.

I have a few queries:
-Do I have a warranty
-Intelligent key reprogramming
-Judder at 40 mph
-Fuel sometimes only fills halfway
-Interior finish on some panels

Interesting u say judder @ 40mph. I thought the only judder was the brake judder but 4 me between 35-40 mph the car def does somethin weird w/o touchin the brakes. It's almost like when your in a car when some1 can't drive stick and they pull out and it starts buckin, just not as violent of a reaction. I can't figure out what would cause this only @ a certain cruising speed.

Yeah it's strange and reminds me of driving my old Mini when it had bad timing. Feels like the throttle is fluttering oh-so subtly, but I can feel it as a back and forth motion.

No reply from Mike Ward to my email yet - kinda disappointing to wait nearly a week. Neither dealer ever got back to me when I emailed them back in May

Look at any receipt for service from your dealer, and check the original IN-SERVICE DATE. From that add you 4yr/50000 or whatever it is for bumper to bumper and so on for powertrain etc.

This assumes that your dealer fills those blocks out when you get service done.

I would call their service department.

I never tried using email...

Phone works better in my opinion.
