Looks pretty good! What kind of paint did you use?

Should've got rid of the amber corners lol

used glossy black Dupli Color.

Yeah I didn't think about removing the amber corners. Didn't actually notice that you didn't put yours in at all lol

Anyway the paint job came out pretty good, no clear needed, it was pretty glossy by its self.

Dupli color?? Gross lol.

Clear coat acts as a extra coat of protection. I used 2 or 3 coats if it at least

yeah I used 500 degree protection glossy paint. Scuffed the chrome pretty good with red scotch-brite pad and sprayed about 4 coats of paint. Used clear coat on my engine cover though lol

I would recommend scuffing the chrome off for much better paint hold, otherwise it might start chipping off in the future. Also I'd use high temp. paint.

Anyway I wanted to spray my headlights with the spray gun on this mod, but decided to try and use spray can. Gotta admit it came out just as I wanted them to look. Glossy and smooth coverage.

Well I'll take pics soon. Headlights look legit! Looks great!!
