brakes are squeaking.. at low speeds but i wanna change them anyway .. any good recommendations brands types.? G35s sedan 07

 

I put on Hawk HP Ceramic pads on and love them. Quiet, smooth, low dust, good stopping power (similar to stock).

 

Did you change rotors? If not did the Hawk ceramics help with the rotor warpage?

 

I did change the rotors. Too early to tell if they help with rotor warpage but I also have the tsb splash shields.

 

EBC red stuff. i put them on without resurfacing. just hit the rotors with a good bit of brake cleaner. if your rotors arent warped to begin with you should be ok with just replacing the pads. resurfacing just takes more material off making them more prone to warpage.

 

I got the premium pads and front rotors from NAPA, and turned the rears. After 5K I am extremely satisfied. OEM stopping performance. Very low dust buildup. I am very happy.
