calm down everyone....

to be honest i m kinda in the same boat as Dj is i dont plan on tracking the car so why would i want a BBK? because i want them for the looks in this case i m not going to blow +4K on a set of brakes

my plan in to buy some akenbonos and PC them so they look real nice and as long as they do their job i m happy but i still probably wont track my car.

In regards to looks, sure why not, it looks OK i guess. But when a person looks at it with a performance perspective, in regards to stopping consistently and effectively, it makes no sense. And if the person is looking at it from a stopping distance perspective, the drilled rotors is still useless.

It's your car, everyone's entitled to their own opinions
I don't track my car and if I did it would be very infrequently. Therefore I got drilled rotors mainly for appearance. Stopping distance is identical to stock rotors so I suffered no loss in street performance and they were the same price as replacement OEM rotors.

And you're right, I'm happy with them and that's really the only thing that matters. I quoted you because you said you NEED BBKs to run these but now I understand what context you were referring to.

Carry on people.

What are your offsets? for the wheels

if they do stick out a bit you could always dial in some negative camber

He doesn't want to drop his beast!!! What are the specs on the wheels and tires?! I really don't like emblemless grilles!! Those caliper covers don't look bad in person! It's not like they trying to imitate Akebonos or Brembros!! They are good to me! And post those pics already DJ!

dj you could always go with a small spacer, ie. 5mm or so if you just need a little clearance. Doesn't have to be a monster. Would just depend on how much extra space you'd need to clear the brakes.
