i mean... i know its 4/20 bro but seriously come on now a ****ing dead dog would rather look at stock brakes than that

to be honest i m kinda in the same boat as Dj is i dont plan on tracking the car so why would i want a BBK? because i want them for the looks in this case i m not going to blow +4K on a set of brakes
my plan in to buy some akenbonos and PC them so they look real nice and as long as they do their job i m happy but i still probably wont track my car.

Conclusion: Simply by having drilled rotors or slotted or whatever but having stock calipers is fine, or have it "look fine". I could have a BBK with stock rotors, stock rotors stock calipers, or in this case, stock calipers with slotted drilled rotors. Hell, sure, it'll look fine when it comes to looks.
In regards to looks, sure why not, it looks OK i guess. But when a person looks at it with a performance perspective, in regards to stopping consistently and effectively, it makes no sense. And if the person is looking at it from a stopping distance perspective, the drilled rotors is still useless.

And you're right, I'm happy with them and that's really the only thing that matters. I quoted you because you said you NEED BBKs to run these but now I understand what context you were referring to.

if they do stick out a bit you could always dial in some negative camber
He doesn't want to drop his beast!!! What are the specs on the wheels and tires?! I really don't like emblemless grilles!! Those caliper covers don't look bad in person! It's not like they trying to imitate Akebonos or Brembros!! They are good to me! And post those pics already DJ!
