Used car buy purchase tips

Looking for an '07 Sport with Premium and Nav. Would also consider an '08 Sport w/ Premium and no-nav if a good deal (Ipod interface solves problem of no music box)
Hi-Line has one that is just about perfect, except a little high on price (perhaps b/c it also has technology package, which I don't really need). Like the Platinum Graphite over Stone combination best.

Thank you all for your inputs. I bought my first 2007 Infiniti G35x - Red color with 53399 miles with about 6 more months/6600 miles left on the warranty from the Manheim auto auction through a dealer. I paid $20500. I will get the car on friday noon. The final bid price was $19700 + $285 Auction buyers fee + $50 Simulcast fee (Buying it online with live bidding) + $500 dealers fee for buying me the car :-). It is fully loaded. It has premium package, navigation, rear view camera, tech, wood grain... The car had a 4.8 rating out of 5 on the Manheim Grade Report which is super excellent. I checked out the car yesterday and it was super clean. The only thing I need now is a good set of tires.
What tires do you recommend ? Should I get one set of snow tires and a set of all season or just all season tires are good. We get decent amount of snow/ice(sleet) in Kansas City area. I will post pics sometime this weekend.
