I'm not sure it's worth reporting, i guess i could, but this seller could very well just be trying to make ends meet. I will let him or her know that i am aware they're using my photo without permission though

Methinks the seller is aware, however, as they're hosting the photo themselves, probably knowing that i could've have easily taken it offline.
