Questions about getting a loaner car
Usually not but maybe you can work it out with them if its a common issue. Or add the loaner rental to your insurance for when it breaks instead of paying to much out of pocket. You usually need to wait a day to have it go into effect.
Depends on the dealership. The more expensive the work, the more likely a loaner will be offered. Oil change? Not so much. Rotors/pads? probably. 30/60/90k maintainance? probably.
I got a loaner car when I went in to have my airbag recall done, as well as a new headlight put in, and I do not have warranty. They just asked me if I wanted one when I made the appointment. But Like what was said ^^^^ I probably got one because of the length of the job.
