Why would the wider rear wheel weigh over a pound less than the front?

No, they're 7.5" all the way around.

The front wheel weighs more because it has a lower offset so it has more mass on the hub area. The rear wheel is a high offset so the hub area is much smaller. Thats why the front is slightly heavier than the rear.

Anyone know the answer to this?
