It's about $400 depending on where you live. Check out the vendors marketplace...I think there is still a group buy available if you're interested...

I installed mine about 4 months ago and still love the sound at wot!

For those interested, if you want THE best price, send an email to kyle at kyle@importpartspro.com I searched around and couldn't find any vendors that came close to what he offered. Pretty much I got black chrome for the same price as polished even with shipping

^^^ I think the general consensus for our cars is that intakes are mainly for sound, if you are after just power gains then look elsewhere. Intakes for our cars are pretty much for aesthetics and sound. If your looking for power from an intake then I suggest just buy some k&n drop ins. I think the stillen gen 3 is the only one that may offer any sort of real gain. I had the k&n typhoons installed on mine and all it really did was make it sound mean as hell at WOT. I ended up selling it and buying some drop ins.

Why did you sell the GEN 3's, I saw a dyno gain off 22whp over the R2C's??
I was thinking of getting them..

Interesting thread....looks like I'm happy I went with the R2C though. Stillen seemed better at high end, but R2C performed better in the mid-range where you want the power for daily driving.

+1 The R2C outperforms better mid-range to me this is more beneficial for a DD and combine this with easy to access filters (which are the best on the market) and this makes it a winner in my mind. I'm sure that the Gen3 would most likely outperform the R2C on a track but for me personally I am very satisfied with my R2Cs.

To be honest.............

i was too lazy to take my front bumper off and the black chrome looked cool

heat shields are solid too.

thats why i got mine, i could care less about gaining 20 HP not like i m going to be tracking it or anything crazy its my DD as long as it looks and sounds cool and easy maintainable thats all i care about
