Just picked up a 2007 G35S Sedan and am very excited (last car was a civic). I have two questions: 1. Is there anyway to get the back seats to go down? What perfomance mods are the biggest bang for the buck?

no backseats can go down in the sedan- - just the pass through

Yeah, the back seats. That bothered me, too. As for bang for buck... I guess Stillen version 3 and test pipes or high flow cats. It gets a little rough after that.

That is one of the down falls to this car. The other i find is the trunk space.
