Mine looked like that and they replaced the whole sunroof but my invoice doesn't give the tsb number. It jus says Lid Assembly-Sunroof.

I told them there was a tsb on the sunroof lining cracking and that mine was definitely cracked. Don't let them punk you, its covered up to 60k, tell them you are aware of the tsb but don't have the number and you want it replaced. The service dept knows from the minute you walk in if your gonna put up a fight so put your game face on. I did it the first issue I had with my G, I don't try 2 b a butt. I just know I paid good money for my car and am entitled to all tsb/recalls.

I'm certain I got the tsb number off of a thread here though.

After a long wait since last week my dealer rejected this replacement under warranty. They don't want to replace this sun roof as it is not a defective item.

I am going to visit another dealer for the same replacement next week.

Really? Wow, jerks. My dealer saw the cracks and had no problem. I didn't think it was necessarily up to the dealer if there is a tsb and the defect is obvious. That really sucks, I'd call corporate if it means that much to you. But my cracked again after about a year so honestly it really isn't a "fix".

Sorry to be off topic, but do your sunroofs squeak constantly like mine??? I swear my 08 sedan has been haunted with some horrible squeaks coming from where the seals and the glass meet. I've had my sunroof seal lubed more than 8 times during my 3 years of ownership. It always ends up coming back just after couple of weeks. It's less audible if I have my sliding door closed under the sunroof, but when I open up the sliding door, it goes crazy!!! Any fix to this issue??? Am I the only one experiencing this?! It's driving me insane! Now I just tilt the sunroof whenver I drive, so that I don't have to hear these endless squeaks.
