upgrading my stereo

Hey,
Newbie here. I just picked up a sweet 07 G35X with 18K on the clock. This car is almost brand new (I mean come on 18K? It's not even broken in yet). But there is one thing I'd like to do to this car. I'd like to upgrade from the standard stereo to the version with GPS. Is this possible to do without major modification?

Thanks,

it will be a "major" modification if you want to go to OEM nav, cause youll have to get the replacement nav touchscreen, harness, HD, antenna, control bezel around the nav and a few more little things. Will be a tedious install and a lot of $$, more than $1500 imo.

Best alternative could be to replace the unit with an aftermarket pioneer or such touch screen system with nav, search on here and there are a couple of members who have done that for a few hundred bucks.

OK thanks. Not the answer I was hoping for, but it is the answer I need.

Thanks,
