2008 G35 Sedan

I am looking to purchase a G35, and have found a 2008 Sedan Sport. I have looked around the forum a bit, and haven't seen anything about fuel economy, and was just curious with the rising gas prices.

Also anything to know about these cars specifically?

Thanks in advance!

What exactly are you asking? They're fast, fun, classy, clean, and reliable. Depending on your warranty check the TSB's for your car. Good luck with your purchase. 20mpg mixed driving

17 city /24 highway

Premium $3.62:

Cost to Drive 25 Miles $4.53
Fuel to Drive 25 Miles 1.25 gal
Cost to Fill the Tank $65.16
Miles on a Tank 360 miles
Tank Size 20.0 gal
Annual Fuel Cost* $2715

For my 07...different wheels i think plus different tire sizes. Also stiffer ride and roadholding is excellent vs stock. Limited slip diff...different front splitter/ bumper. side skirts and more i cant think of.

I have an 08 G35xS. I have to say the car is a blast to drive but gas mileage is terrible. I've never been able to get better than 20mpg on highway (typically 19mpg) and that's keeping it at 65 - 70. Average combined hwy / city is about 14 - 16mpg and always use premium fuel. Can't believe mileage is so bad. My E550 Benz gets better mileage at 22mpg. But wife likes her G so I just live with the crappy mileage. Car has all options except tech package, is stock with only K&N air filters installed.

Hope this little rant doesn't sway you. If you have the money for gas get the car you'll have a great time with it.

The S (sport) package has staggered 18" wheels (that are much better looking than the 17" stock wheels). Summer performance tires, thigh bolstered seats, bigger brakes and calipers, paddle shifters, Limited Slip differential, different front facia, aluminum pedal pads, sport suspension, and the cool red S on the tail. Probably a couple other things but these are the biggies. On the open highway w/out alot of hills & passing expect around 23-26mpg in slow & go city driving 14ish.

The seats, the sports seats are just awesome! Every time I get in a loaner (non-sport) the seats just feel yucky!
