My wife and I are intending to purchase a used G35 sport sedan in another month or so.

Ideally, we are looking at buying a certified pre-owned one with factory warranty left and the lower the miles the better (so most likely a 2008).

I definitely want to get a sport edition with the tech package. The mileage I've been seeing here in California seems to be anywhere from about 22k miles to 45k miles.

What would you guys expect to pay out the door for this car? I want to make sure I get a good deal but also don't try to low ball the dealer too much.

The 08 Sport 6mt sedan with everything+tech I just purchased was 26,800 with 30,000miles. Add on another 2k for fees and taxes..

 

Yeh I've been seeing them advertised for about $26k - $28k. I figure I will maybe try to talk them down about $2k so it will cover the taxes and licensing

 

Yea, I looked at a couple that were slightly cheaper but they weren't certified and werent local so it made this 08 a much better deal.

 

Just purchased an 08 g35 sport loaded for 26k plus tax ext. 30k miles good luck hunting.

I looked for two months in New England for a 07-08 G35S 6MT (MA, RI, NH)... They are very rare in these parts.

In that time I found exactly two, both black/black (what I wanted), the first had no options (no Premium, Tech) and 41K for $22,990 with excellent exterior condition.

The second I found had all factory options except the active rear-wheel steering, with 37K and had a tiny ding on the rear driver side door (looks like someone opened the door and dinged it on a pole or something), with no paint damage.

I picked this one up for 21,990 and squeezed and extra $750 out of my Maxima trade-in then it should have been worth...

Albeit, not from an Infiniti dealer, non-certified; but it was a steal of a deal... No problems yet, and I love this car.

 

Th2 2007+ G35 w/6MT hunt is a daunting one. I'm on the same hunt myself currently.

 

I just picked up an 08 sport, auto, premium, nav 32K mi. for $25k +TT. Love it, I've gotta fight the wife for it everyday.
