I have an 09 G37 Sedan and I have those Vertini's. I haven't installed the eibach yet, but everyone on the g37 site says I should be fine once installed. My set up is as follows.

20"
9", 32et, 245/35/20
10", 38et, 270/30/20

The rear's are sticking out just a little now before the drop, but should sit just inside after.

I have a few picks here.
