my car's rear bumper got few scratches, but i had never experiences with those scratches. has any good recommend? (saving money method)

Depends on the scratches...post pics?

 

Wet sanding and or polishes...or clear coat pen to fill in the scratch. Take a pic we can't help u without it

Megs Scratch X...rub your fingernail on the scratch...if it gets stuck in it (Deep scratch through the clearcoat) then you will have to live with it (thats the cheap method).

He can fill in the scratch with a clear coat pen and wet sand the excess

 

lol i gave up on some scratches i had.

 

I have my detail guy doing my car right now, he said the same thing, if your fingernail gets stuck in it, you gotta get it painted, no cheap way out. I'll keep a grand in my pocket and deal with the scratch.

 

i use my buffer and 2000 grit rubbing compound if that doesnt do it then touch up paint

 

it takes time you need to have it wet sanded this can also help remove/lighten the scratch. Id recommend a detailer.

 

Depends on how deep the scratch is. I've seen some nasty scratches come out of my car but some of them are too deep. This is what i use to get most of them out.

 

Maybe I did not use it correctly (too wide an area, one inch wide), but my application of the same product made things worse as it was a poor colormatch... Ditto for painting the aftermarket backup sensors with it. I just decided to live with my bumper scratches and dings until I accumulate enough unsightly ones to "trigger" a re$pray

 

Agreed. Unless it's something very minor that Sratch-X or Dr. Colorchip (YMMV) can certainly fix, it's best to go with a pro.
